  • It provides alternative payment options to passengers including İstanbulCard. This is the payment option for all public transport vehicles in İstanbul.
  • Passengers are able to select and observe their routes offered by the “İBB Navi” app which provides the optimal routes based on traffic conditions.

Solution. A passenger cannot get a discount, all the fees on Istanbulkart are charged equally.

Problem/common question. Is it possible to make my payment with single-use tickets?

Solution. A passenger cannot make payments with single-use tickets; those can be only used in public transportation vehicles related to the Istanbul Electric Tramway and Tunnel Establishments (IETT).
