The main aim is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities such as customer care, housing and sub-council offices or free call lines.
Implementation period. The implementation of the initiative started in 2019.

Cape town is the largest city in the Western Cape province and forms part of the City of Cape Town metropolitan municipality.
Solutions
Residents of the surrounding area do not have the opportunity to cross long distances for consultation. In this regard, the municipality authorities have introduced regular outdoor meetings with citizens on various social issues such as customer care, housing and sub-council offices or free call lines. Every month the site shows a schedule of trips to different areas. Thus, citizens can solve problems without spending time and money on travelling.
